We can't just think our way into new habits.

Sometimes there is a disconnect between what we do and what we think we do. When surveyed 75% of adults said they eat healthy (npr)

Nearly 1 in 3 adults are overweight.

And 90% of chronic illnesses are lifestyle related.

This disconnect from what we think we do and what we do can create feelings of frustration and hardship.

Tracking our food, sleep and movement habits by way of a daily log is a great way to immediately create change.

Bringing true awareness to our actions can serve as a wake up call and immediately catapult us into wanting to change.

Just being aware of how we are tending to our health has an enormous impact on the decisions we make each day.

How much food do you need each day?
How much protein?
Getting enough good fats?
How much do you sleep?
How much of the food you eat is real food?
How much of it is processed?
How often are you moving your body?
Do you lift heavy things intentionally?
Is movement a priority?
What is my relationship with nature like?
What is the routine to manage stress?
.
A lot of people cannot answer these questions and that’s good news!
.
Why? ‘Cause that means immediate change will naturally take place with awareness.

When we know the answer to these types of ?’s it means we have or are on our way to having the results we want.
.
Your results are not coming by way of luck or chance. You don’t need a pill, procedure or restrictive protocol. Those results usually come at great cost and are not long term.

Results come when we are ready to transform what we think into what we do.
