Instead of thinking about going on another diet think about living by a few main principles.

Get adequate sleep 7/8 hrs
Make walking a priority (a good parking spot is the one furtherest from the entrance)
Eat more protein and eat it earlier in the day
Eat fruit and veggies with everything
Strength train. Building 5 to ten pounds of muscle will make you infinitely healthier than just losing 5 to 10 pounds.
Know how many calories you need and how many you are eating.
Hydrate often.

It’s simple, but not easy. We can over complicate the process because we’ve never implemented principles like these for long enough to see the results of them.

We just tend to make it harder than it is. Sometimes for years. Believing we need a special procedure or protocol to save us. We don’t.

Live by a few simple principles and it can make a big impact on results without having a “diet” overtake our lifestyle.
